We process only the data needed to handle your request, provide Try Dara and guide your journey through the Dara Ecosystem.
Contact requests may include name, email, phone, company, subject and message. Try Dara may request name, email, WhatsApp, company, business segment, indicators and conversation history. For security, IP address, date, time and browser may be recorded.
Data is used to answer requests, prepare the requested diagnosis, conduct the conversation with Dara, maintain service security, register leads and present solutions relevant to the provided context.
Try Dara data may be sent to the configured Dara-Kernel channel exclusively to generate the requested guidance. We do not sell personal data. Internal access is restricted to authorized people.
Records are retained for the time necessary for service, legitimate commercial operations and applicable obligations. Contacts and leads are not publicly accessible; endpoints use sessions, same-origin tokens and anti-abuse limits.
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, restriction, deletion where applicable, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent.
